I can't stop cooking. I have too many cookbooks and have relinquished all free time to the pursuit of kitchen gadgets, ingredients du jour, food television, food blogs, restaurant reviews, providore hunting, cafe lounging and finally, eating. Work in the office is welcome respite to my self-imposed culinary slavery at home. I am abetted in this addiction by living in Sydney, Australia; a foodie town in an increasingly foodie country. Come with me as I mostly work my way through my cookbooks, test out my kitchen equipment, and perhaps even invent a dish or two of my own.
